Swemix was founded in 1988, and is run by its owners: Olof Forsberg and Thomas Bolmgren. We currently employ 15 people.
The Group also comprises FiG Metall AB and Zal Produkter AB – both based in Gnosjö, Sweden – as wholly owned subsidiaries. We also own a stake in Hetec AB in Hestra, Sweden.

In the 1700s, the first wire mills were established in Gnosjö. Since then, development has continued at great rate.
